I recently purchased a condo in St. Augustine and contacted Herbie Wiles Agency for homeowners and flood insurance. I had the pleasure and privledge to work with Lauren Howington. Lauren was professional, efficient, respectful and went beyond her job on a very difficult purchase with the title company. Lauren researched the insurance policies to secure the best for my situation and took the time to explain aspects of the policies.
An emergency call to her on a late Friday afternoon when the title company said they had not received the policies (which had been sent to them not only by Lauren but by myself), she quickly responded and sent them again along with copies of the paid receipts. She made no hesitation in doing this.
I am confident that I received the best insurance and know that any questions I might have during the year will be answered by Lauren. When I arrive in St. Augustine in December, I look forward to meeting Lauren. It is reassuring to know that quality still exists in business and fortunate that I found the right insurance agent.
