Letha is responsible for ensuring that each Herbie Wiles client receives exceptional service and monitors the day-to-day operations at the agency. Letha has been in the industry since 2000, started with Herbie Wiles Insurance in 2007, which led to her achievement of the Associate in Insurance Account Management (AIAM) and the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designations. Before moving to St. Augustine, Letha was a graduate of Tallahassee Community College, but now resides in townwith her husband, Randy. Her commitment to Herbie Wiles is contageous and continues to help drive our agency forward.
