Courtney is a true local, born and raised in St. Augustine, FL. After graduating from St Augustine High School in 2001, she joined the US Navy and moved to Great Lakes and then to Hawaii. She met her husband there and has been happily married for 7 years. Together, they have a baby boy named Lucas and a dog named Rico. She joined Herbie Wiles in 2009 and currently holds a 220 Florida General Lines Agent license, a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) Designation and an Associate in Insurance Account Management (AIAM) designation. Her favorite aspect of her job is working with her customers. She wishes more people understood that insurance agents "aren't the bad guys people make us out to be."
