'These people are devastated': Recovery continues as federal aid starts flowing to the county

Hurricane recovery is nothing new for Leigh Levin. He has worked to clean out and repair homes in the aftermath of two of the country's recent major storms. Over the last five days he has been working on cleaning up after Hurricane Matthew.

County OKs $1M for debris removal

St. Johns County commissioners on Tuesday tackled a number of time-sensitive items dealing with ongoing relief and recovery efforts in the wake of Hurricane Matthew. These items included unanimous approval of up to $1 million to be allocated toward additional trucks and crews for debris removal.
